Ellen Valles is a CPA with close to 30 years of ‘Big’ consulting firm experience. Her early years at Arthur
Andersen centered on Executive Compensation Consulting, M&A and International Equity Plan Programs in the Chicago, LA and Tokyo branches of the firm. She currently specializes in Global Taxation and
International Equity consulting services at EY Chicago. She is also involved in a small family run business of real estate rental and property development. She will bring her analytical and organizational skills to
the board as well as her strong desire to be part of the solution for Chicago’s homeless.
