Mary Bittner works at EY where she helps clients put people at the center of their business strategy, specifically with regards to corporate transactions and executive compensation. Originally from Indianapolis, she has strong ties to Chicago after attending the University of Chicago for undergrad and living in the city since graduation. Mary joined the Renaissance Associate Board in July 2023 because she is interested in raising awareness of systematic issues in Chicago and supporting Renaissance’s mission through her background in HR and economics.
